Description
The lean and spicy organic sliced cheese . Organic milk speciality made from Tyrolean hay milk, sometimes even from pure alpine milk! Light pepper rind with traces of paprika. Red culture character, matured for at least 6 weeks. Therefore: strong, slightly bitter in taste - a complete pleasure in combination with a good beer! Also ideal for Kasspatzln (mixed with mountain cheese 1:1).
