The Kaminwurzen from KitzbΓΌhel are made by hand according to an old recipe in a family business with tradition. The well-known Fuchs butcher's shop only uses the best quality meat for our salami snack, and our Kaminwurzen are therefore awarded new prizes or prizes in Austria every year.
- π¦πΉπππ₯ππ¨π‘ππ§ & πππ¦ππππππ§π: Kaminwurzen are South Tyrolean specialties, i.e. cold-smoked and air-dried raw sausage made from beef and pork back fat. The name Kaminwurzen comes from the original method of smoking. In many farmhouses there used to be a smokehouse in the chimney in the roof truss, in which the farmers let their supplies of meat and sausage mature.
- π¦πΉπππ₯π¦π§ππππ¨π‘π & π€π¨ππππ§πππ¨π‘π: The handmade Tyrolean raw sausage is made from the finest muscle meat and is covered in natural casing. Due to the ratio of 60% Austrian beef and 40% pork, the sausage is particularly lean and has only about 40% fat. The longer the air drying, the more robust the bite. The subsequent smoking over beech wood guarantees durability and taste.
